PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The proposed Park Side Addition development in Angola, Indiana, is a dynamic example of the residential-development design qualities possessed by ForeSight Consulting.

The project includes the development of 29 single-family residential lots and associated roadways, utility infrastructure, and storm-water detention on a 20.7-acre site. Throughout the project, ForeSight has worked closely with the developer to ensure that the unique natural features of the site would remain intact while providing the necessary facilities on a condensed construction timeframe. ForeSight also spent significant time working with local and state reviewing agencies to coordinate the necessary permits and approvals to allow the project to begin construction. Multiple meetings were held with representatives from the City of Angola, Steuben County Surveyor’s office, and the Indiana Department of Transportation to coordinate the site layout, sanitary-sewer relocation, storm-sewer design, and site access off Indiana Highway 20.

As a result of these efforts, the project was reviewed and approved, allowing the start of construction to begin on schedule. We believe the Park Side Addition in Angola is a testament to the hard work, communication, and teamwork of ForeSight and the project design team.
