PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Indiana Wesleyan University Adult Graduate Studies Building was the first major commission of ForeSight Consulting and represents its continued involvement on the Indiana Wesleyan University campus and with Design Collaborative, Inc.

Todd Bauer of ForeSight has been involved with the development of the Indiana Wesleyan University Marion campus since the mid-1990s, and in that time has been involved with numerous civil-engineering and land-surveying projects for the university. Upon establishing ForeSight in early 2004, Bauer was extremely proud to be able to continue that relationship on the Indiana Wesleyan University Adult Graduate Studies project.

The Adult Graduate Studies building represents an expansion of the current university campus and is a three-story office and classroom facility designed to meet the growing needs of Indiana Wesleyan University’s adult programs. In addition to the initial building, ForeSight provided design services for the master plan development for the remainder of the project site.

ForeSight continues to enjoy a wonderful working relationship with Indiana Wesleyan University and Design Collaborative as it continues to provide services for the Indiana Wesleyan University Marion campus.
