PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Heron Preserve Apartment Complex is an excellent example of the skills and abilities of the site-design staff of ForeSight Consulting.

The site included the development of five apartment buildings along with the associated parking lots and utility infrastructure on three-and-a-half acres at the northeast corner of County Road and Shelden Street in Warsaw, Indiana. ForeSight Consulting worked closely with RealAmerica Development, LLC, on the site layout and design elements associated with the development to ensure that future tenants of the complex would enjoy the final product. Using constant communication with the local governing agencies, ForeSight Consulting ensured that the project approval process progressed smoothly and that all necessary permits were secured ahead of the anticipated construction schedule.
