ForeSight Consulting LLC is serving as master planner and design consultant for an 80-unit apartment complex at Maysville Pointe, a new mixed-use development at the intersection of Maysville and Landin roads on Fort Wayne’s far northeast side.

ForeSight was awarded the project by Carmel-based Real America Development. Phase I of Maysville Pointe calls for the apartment complex on 10 acres, while Phase II will include new construction to house retail and office space and a proposed retirement community on an additional 55 acres.

Site work for the apartment complex is under way, while construction is set to begin early in the spring. The complex should be ready for occupancy by the end of the summer.
